Acceptance

By using Deskstop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Deskstop.

Purchases and refunds

Deskstop is a one-time purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Lifetime Access & One-Time Purchases

When you purchase Deskstop with a one-time payment, you receive access to the Deskstop service for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime access” refers to the period during which Deskstop is actively available and maintained. It does not mean access for the lifetime of the user. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Deskstop (or any part of it) at any time, for any reason. In the event that the service is discontinued, access will no longer be available. One-time purchases do not guarantee perpetual availability of the service.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Deskstop for your own work. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Deskstop or interfere with its normal operation. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass access controls.

Availability

We work to keep Deskstop available, but it may change or be temporarily unavailable without notice.

Disclaimer

Deskstop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskstop will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
